Undoubtably drums endure constant and sometimes serious forces. From the impacts while playing to potential risks while transporting, drums are certainly vulnerable to damage. Brownie Drum Co. guarantees that our custom products are unquestionably serviced or replaced due to any failure of our products’ original construction under normal use. Although we do not guarantee free of charge services due to normal product wear and tear; we will eagerly provide the necessary services for a minimal fee. Impact damages to shell finishes are considered normal product wear and tear, but we will service shell finishes for a minimal cost. With a few exceptions, shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer for any services provided. We do reserve the right to accept or reject any damaged product at our discretion after evaluation.
